    Shipping cost - Czech Republic (other countries per pricelist in Basket)

    Zásilkovna

    Delivery within 24 hours.
    You can track the shipment after sending the order at https://www.zasilkovna.cz/
    If you choose Zásilkovna as the delivery point:

    You can pick up the parcels according to the opening hours of a specific Zásilkovna branch.
    You will receive an SMS code for pickup.
    It is possible to pay in cash or by card.
    If you choose Z-Box as your pick-up location:

    You can pick up your packages anytime 24/7.
    Open the pick-up location using:
    a) The "Zásilkovna" application, which you download to your mobile phone.
    b) A 6-digit numeric code that you simply type on the keyboard located directly on the Z-Box.
    If you have selected cash on delivery, you must pay online in both cases in the "Zásilkovna" application before opening the box.

     

    Czech Post - Balíkovna (package to Balíkovna)

    Delivery within 24 hours.
    You will receive an SMS code for pick-up at Balíkovna or for opening the pick-up location (depending on the location you have selected).
    You can track the shipment's route at https://www.ceskaposta.cz/
    If you choose a parcel center as your pick-up location:

    Pick-up at Balíkovna during the working hours of the specific post office.
    At the post office in Balíkovná, you can pay in cash or by card.
    If you choose a parcel machine (including alza box, etc.) as the delivery location:

    Pickup at the delivery box 24/7.
    If you have selected a parcel machine and payment by cash on delivery, you will receive an email with the need to pay the cash on delivery online. Only then will you receive a code to open the delivery box.

     

    Czech Post parcel in hand

    Delivery within 24 hours.
    Delivered within the normal delivery time offered by Czech Post in the given location.
    On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email and SMS about the delivery.
    If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the package is stored at the nearest post office.
    You can agree on a re-delivery at another time that suits you better.
    You can pay the delivery person in cash or by card.

    DPD, PPL, GLS courier

    Delivery within 24 hours. Packages are delivered on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00.
    On the day of dispatch, you will receive an e-mail and SMS with the package number and delivery date.
    You can pay the driver in cash or by card.
    If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification in your mailbox about the delivery attempt. The next day, a second delivery attempt will be made. The shipment is then stored for 7 days at the depot, where you can pick it up.
    We recommend that you fill in the delivery address where you will be during the day (for example, to work).

    Payment by cash on delivery (COD)

    If you have selected delivery to an address or to a brick-and-mortar delivery point, you can pay in cash or by card.
    If you have chosen a parcel service - Z-Box, you must pay for the delivery via the online application of the parcel service.
    If you have chosen a parcel service - a parcel machine or another delivery box (alza box, etc.) you must pay online before picking up, via the link you will receive in your email.

     

    Online Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

    On the order page, select the option “Online Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal”, and after confirming your order, you will be redirected to the secure 3D Secure payment gateway – Comgate. There, you can choose from the following options: Online Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay (only the option available on your device will be displayed – if you are paying from an iOS device, you will see Apple Pay; if from an Android device, you will see Google Pay). Additionally, you will see the option “Change Payment Method” – click on it to select payment via PayPal.

    For Online Card Payment, enter your card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code (visible on the card). If the card requires additional authorization, you will be prompted to confirm the transaction (e.g., by entering a code or confirming it in your bank app). All payment data is transmitted securely, and we do not have access to it.

    For Google Pay / Apple Pay, select the displayed option (Google Pay / Apple Pay) and follow the instructions.

    For PayPal Payment, click on “Change Payment Method” on the payment page – the PayPal option will appear. Click on the yellow PayPal button, and you will be redirected to the PayPal page. If you have a PayPal account, log in and confirm the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, click on “Create an Account”, enter your payment details (credit card or bank account), confirm the payment, and then return to our website, where your order will be completed.

     

    Online Bank Transfer

    Select the Online Bank Transfer option on the order page and after confirming your order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway 3D Secure - Comgate. There, click on the Bank transfer option and a page with a list of banks that allow online bank transfers will open. If you do not find your bank among them, click on the "Other banks" option on this page. Click on your bank and then follow the instructions.

     

    Deferred payment. Buy now, pay later.

    On the order page, select the Deferred payment option. Buy now, pay later. and after confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway 3D Secure - Comgate. There, click on the Deferred payment option and a page with a list of companies that allow deferred payments will open. Click on the selected company and follow the instructions.

     

    Payment in thirds without increase

    On the order page, select the option Payment in thirds without increase and after confirming the order, you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway 3D Secure - Comgate. There, click on the option Payment in thirds without increase and a page with a list of companies that allow these payments will open. Click on the selected company and follow the instructions.

     

    Purchase in installments

    Select the option Purchase in installments on the order page and after confirming the order you will be redirected to the secure payment gateway 3D Secure - Comgate.
