How to shop

1) YOU CAN SELECT GOODS IN SEVERAL WAYS:

To view all the products we offer - click on the tab Overview of all products in the left menu at the very top

Full text - enter the name of the product in the search field in the upper right corner and press the magnifying glass button - the desired product will be searched using full text search.

By product type - by selecting from the left menu - News, Dietary supplements, Liquid vitamins, Cosmetics, Vitamins and minerals, Superfoods, Medicinal mushrooms, Uncategorized products.

By section - by selecting the type of product from the menu "Distribution by active substance", "Products by age", "Products by body parts", "Products by gender" or from the "Products containing" menu in the left part of the page, in which the products are classified based on who they are intended for, for which part of the body, for which difficulties and according to the content of the ingredient. You can also select the goods by clicking the button Full overview.

By Subject - By selecting a subject from the "Product Sort" menu on the left side of the page or by clicking the Full Overview button.

By consistency – granules, tablets, capsules, capsules, creams, balms, juices, syrups, drops, loose form, sprays, oils, shampoos, conditioners
If you are not sure about choosing a suitable product, please contact us by e-mail or phone.

2) DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE GOODS
After clicking on the image or name of the selected product, you will be taken to the page of the selected product, where you will find detailed information - price, product code, detailed description, detailed photo, information about the availability of the product.

3) ADDING GOODS TO THE BASKET AND CHANGING THE NUMBER OF PIECES
If you want to buy the selected item, click the "Add to cart" button. You will then be able to continue shopping or proceed to the order in the basket. An overview of the ordered goods (name of the goods, quantity, price) and a form for choosing shipping and payment will be displayed in the basket, which must be filled in to successfully complete your purchase. If you wish to purchase more pieces of your chosen product, select the desired number of pieces in the "Quantity" box. The goods are automatically added to the basket and the price is recalculated.

4) ADDING ANOTHER GOODS TO THE SHOPPING BASKET
If you want to add more goods to your shopping cart, click the "Back to the store" button. During shopping, you can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time using the "CART" link (at the top of the page on the right). The goods placed in the basket do not yet mean a purchase, this will take place only after the order form has been filled out and sent.

5) REMOVING GOODS FROM THE SHOPPING CART
If you want to remove some goods from the shopping basket, just press the cross icon next to the given item and the goods will be removed from the basket.

6) SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER
Carefully check whether the type, quantity and price of the goods you have selected match. Choose the method of delivery (Purchase, DPD, GLS and select payment (Cash on delivery, Card online). Carefully fill in the contact details - name, surname, address, telephone and email.

Then click the "Submit Order" button.

If all the information is filled in correctly, the order will be sent.

7) ORDER CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of your order with its complete recapitulation will be sent to the email address you entered in the order form.

 

ZPŮSOBY PLATBY

1) DOBÍRKA

Pokud máte vybránu dopravu na adresu nebo do kamenného výdejního místa, můžete platit hotově nebo kartou.
Pokud jste zvolili zásilkovnu - Z-Box, musíte dobírku zaplatit přes online aplikaci Zásilkovny.

2) PLATBA KARTOU ONLINE

Po odeslání objednávky budete přesměrováni na stránky 3-D secure platební brány provozované ve spolupráci s Unicredit Bank.
Veškeré údaje o platbě a Vaší platební kartě jsou předávány šiforvaně zabezpečenou cestou a my k nim nemáme žádný přístup.
Na stránce platební brány zadáte číslo karty, datum platnosti a ověřovací kód (CVC2/CVV2). V případě, že máte kartu zabezpečenou pro platbu na internetu, budete vyzváni k zadání kódu/hesla/potvrzení. 

Rychlost expedice objednávky

Objednané zboží, které máme skladem, odesíláme v den objednání (při objednání v pracovní den do 10 hod.), nebo nejpozději následující pracovní den.

Pokud zboží není skladem, řídí se dodací lhůty údajem "Doba dodání", uvedeným u každého produktu. Pokud by měla být dodací lhůta delší, budeme vás kontaktovat.

 

REKLAMACE
Záruční doba

U kosmetických výrobků je datum minimální trvanlivosti označeno slovy „Spotřebujte do:“. Datum minimální trvanlivosti nemusí být uvedeno na obalu produktu, jehož minimální trvanlivost přesahuje 30 měsíců. U těchto produktů je použit symbol otevřené nádobky na krém, uvnitř kterého je údaj o době, po kterou lze přípravek po otevření používat. Tedy je-li v symbolu uvedeno 12M, znamená to, že krém je nutné spotřebovat do 12 měsíců od otevření.

Uplatnění reklamace
Za všech okolností se snažíme zákazníkům vyjít vstříc. V případě, že spotřebitel objeví na zakoupeném zboží v průběhu záruční doby vadu, má právo jej u nás reklamovat.

Zašlete reklamované zboží (pokud možno včetně kopie dokladu o prodeji, případně i průvodního dopisu se stručným popisem vady) na adresu našeho skladu - viz Kontakty.

Pokud reklamujete výrobky z důvodu alergické reakce, připojte k reklamovanému zboží i lékařskou zprávu, kterou potřebujeme pro reklamační řízení s našimi dodavateli / výrobci.

O přijetí reklamovaného zboží Vás budeme informovat do 2 pracovních dní od převzetí zboží do reklamačního procesu formou reklamačního protokolu zaslaného na Vaši e-mailovou adresu.

Vyřízení reklamace
Reklamaci vyřídíme nejdéle do 30 dnů od převzetí reklamovaného zboží. V případě nevyřízení reklamace v této lhůtě Vám vyměníme zboží za nové nebo Vám vrátíme peníze dle Vašeho požadavku.

O způsobu vyřízení reklamace je zákazník informován emailem formou zápisu v reklamačním protokolu.

Pokud bude reklamace uznána, budou Vám náklady na dopravu spojené s reklamací výrobku vráceny na základě zaslaného potvrzení.

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT

1) COD

If you have selected delivery to an address or to a brick-and-mortar delivery point, you can pay in cash or by card.
If you chose Z-Box, you must pay cash on delivery via the Zásilkovna online application.

2) ONLINE CARD PAYMENT

After sending the order, you will be redirected to the pages of the 3-D secure payment gateway operated in cooperation with Unicredit Bank.
All payment information and your payment card are transmitted encrypted and secured and we have no access to them.
On the payment gateway page, you enter the card number, validity date and verification code (CVC2/CVV2). If you have a card secured for online payment, you will be prompted for a code/password/confirmation.

Order dispatch speed
We ship the ordered goods that we have in stock on the day of the order (if ordered on a working day before 10 a.m.) or the following working day at the latest.

If the goods are not in stock, the delivery times are governed by the "Delivery time" indicated for each product. If the delivery time should be longer, we will contact you.

 

COMPLAINT
Warranty period

For cosmetic products, the date of minimum durability is indicated by the words "Use by:". The minimum shelf life date does not need to be indicated on the packaging of a product whose minimum shelf life exceeds 30 months. These products use the symbol of an open cream container, inside which there is an indication of the time for which the product can be used after opening. So if the symbol shows 12M, it means that the cream must be used within 12 months of opening.

Making a complaint
We always try to accommodate our customers. In the event that the consumer discovers a defect in the purchased goods during the warranty period, he has the right to complain about them with us.

Send the claimed goods (including, if possible, a copy of the proof of sale, or a cover letter with a brief description of the defect) to the address of our warehouse - see Contacts.

If you are complaining about products due to an allergic reaction, please also attach the medical report to the complained goods, which we need for the complaint procedure with our suppliers / manufacturers.

We will inform you about the receipt of the claimed goods within 2 working days from the receipt of the goods into the claim process in the form of a claim protocol sent to your e-mail address.

Complaint handling
We will process the complaint within 30 days of receiving the claimed goods at the latest. If the claim is not settled within this period, we will exchange the goods for new ones or refund your money according to your request.

The customer is informed about the method of handling the complaint by email in the form of an entry in the complaint protocol.

If the claim is accepted, the shipping costs associated with the product claim will be refunded based on the confirmation sent.
