    How to shop

    ATTENTION! Do You want to return to the main page of the e-shop anytime?

    1) HOW TO SELECT PRODUCTS

    You can choose products in several ways:

    • Browse all products – click on the All Products Overview tab in the left menu at the top.

    • Full-text search – enter the product name in the search box at the top right and click the magnifying glass icon. The product will be found using full-text search.

    • By category/issue – select a category from the menu on the left side of the page or click All Products in the top menu.

    2) PRODUCT DETAILS

    Click on a product image or name to view its product page with detailed information – price, product code, description, photos, and availability.

    3) ADDING PRODUCTS TO THE CART AND CHANGING QUANTITY

    Click “Add to Cart” to select a product. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. The cart displays a summary of items (name, quantity, price) and a form to select shipping and payment.
    To buy multiple pieces, set the quantity in the “Quantity” box. The total price will update automatically.

    4) ADDING MORE PRODUCTS

    To add more items, click “Back to Shop”. You can view the cart at any time by clicking “CART” at the top right. Adding items to the cart does not complete the purchase – the order is finalized only after submitting the order form.

    5) REMOVING PRODUCTS FROM THE CART

    Click the cross icon next to the product to remove it from the cart.

    6) SUBMITTING THE ORDER

    Check the type, quantity, and price of your selected products. Choose a shipping method (Zásielkovňa, DPD, GLS) and payment method (Cash on Delivery, Online Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay). Fill in your contact details – name, surname, address, phone, and email.
    Click “Submit Order”. If all information is correct, your order will be sent.

    7) ORDER CONFIRMATION

    A confirmation email with a complete summary of your order will be sent to the email address you provided.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Online Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal

    • Select “Online Card Payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay” and you will be redirected to the 3D Secure – Comgate payment gateway.

    • For PayPal, select PayPal, log in, and confirm the payment. If you do not have an account, create one.

    • For online card payment, enter card number, expiration date, and CVC2/CVV2 code. All data is encrypted.

    • Google Pay / Apple Pay – follow the on-screen instructions.

     

    Online Bank Transfer

    • Select Online Bank Transfer, and you will be redirected to 3D Secure – Comgate.

    • Choose your bank from the list. If not listed, select Other Banks and follow the instructions.

     

    Deferred Payment – Buy Now, Pay Later - accessible only for orders to Czech Republic

    • Select Deferred Payment and follow the instructions.

     

    Payment in Three Installments Without Extra Cost - accessible only for orders to Czech Republic

    • Select Three Installments Without Extra Cost and follow the instructions.

     

    Purchase in Installments - accessible only for orders to Czech Republic

    • Select Installment Purchase and follow the instructions.

    RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

    Warranty Period

    • For cosmetics, the minimum shelf life is marked as “Use by:”.

    • If the shelf life exceeds 30 months, it may not appear on the packaging.

    • An open jar symbol (e.g., 12M) shows how long the product can be used after opening.

     

    How to File a Complaint

    • If a defect is found during the warranty period, customers have the right to submit a complaint.

    • Send the product (with proof of purchase and a brief description of the defect if possible) to our warehouse – see Contacts.

    • For allergy-related complaints, include a medical report.

    Processing Complaints

    • You will be notified within 2 working days of receiving the product via a complaint protocol email.

    • Complaints are resolved within 30 days. If unresolved, we will replace the product or refund your money as requested.

    • You will be informed by email about how the complaint is handled.

    • If the complaint is accepted, shipping costs related to the return will be reimbursed after confirmation.
